What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the business unit sales activities, with a focus on pipeline growth and driving opportunities to closure
- Identify offering gaps and emerging requirements from customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with end users/customers (direct sales) and key partners
- Manage and report progress and metrics, and present periodic proposals on ways to improve the sales process
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, customer facing experience, closing deals and driving growth
- Excellent problem solving, time management, planning, financial, and analytical skills with the ability to apply these to complex situations with competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and personal responsibility
- Proven experience scaling a product or service from several customers to tens and hundreds of customers
- Working proficiency in German, French & Spanish - BIG advantage
- Team player with values of reliability and integrity
