What You'll Do
- Consistently create qualified opportunities and meet the territory quotas
- Identify offering gaps and emerging requirements from customers
- Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers that lead to qualified opportunities and deals
- Introduce Cervello products to customers via demos and presentations
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, customer-facing experience, closing deals and driving growth
- Excellent problem solving, time management, planning, result-driven, and analytical skills with the ability to apply these to complex situations with competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and personal responsibility
- Proven experience scaling a product or service from several customers to tens and hundreds of customers
- Team player with values of reliability and integrity
- Experience in working as a sales director in a fast-paced startup environment - Advantage
- Experience in the Cybersecurity or Railway domain - Huge advantage
- Fluent in English - A must
- Additional languages - Advantage
